Sea moss gel is final sale, in the event that there was an issue during transit an exchange can be processed. Please be mindful, our sea moss gel is frozen during transit and should be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.

Our spiritual wellness tools can not be returned if the contents are not full, or you have utilized the product past your initial opening. Please double check prior to confirmation of order if the product is your desired fragrance/purpose.

Our signature body products are eligible for return should the item be defective upon arrival. A restocking fee will not be charged.

Custom body products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. These items are 1 of 1 and made per order. In the event we oblige, a restocking fee will be charged and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
